Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
Short version: use the site freely, treat the content as general information, and nothing here becomes a contract until both of us sign one.
Using this site
You may browse, read and share this site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt its operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
The content
We keep it accurate, but it is general information only. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice, and nothing here is a binding offer.
Enquiries
Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract or a client relationship. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, price and timeline.
Ownership
The DigiCov name, logo, brand assets and the content of this site belong to DigiCov. Work produced for a client is governed by that client's signed agreement - which, as a matter of standard practice, assigns the delivered work to the client.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiCov is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page with its revision date.
