This is a short policy because we do very little with your data. We collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we do not share or sell it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name and email address, and - if you choose to give them - your company, phone number, the service you selected, a budget range and your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only reason.

We do not sell or share it

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. We do not build profiles from it, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The one exception is delivery. The form is sent through Web3Forms, which passes it to our inbox, so your message travels through their systems in transit.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about your enquiry, and for the duration of the engagement if you become a client. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, request a copy, or have it deleted. Email the contact form and we will action it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through the form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date.
