What we do

One team for design, software and everything after launch

Most problems worth solving cross more than one discipline. As a design and development agency we keep strategy, design, engineering and automation under one roof, so the answer arrives as a working system - not a slide deck.

Built for growing businesses

You should not have to choose between almost-fits and unaffordable

Off-the-shelf software is cheap and fast, and genuinely the right answer for plenty of problems. An enterprise build fits perfectly and costs accordingly. We scope custom products to the size of the problem - and to a budget you agree to before we write any code.

Consideration Off-the-shelf software Enterprise build digicov
Upfront cost Lowest Six figures and up Scoped to the problem
Live in Days 9-18 months 4-12 weeks
Fits how you work Almost Yes Yes
Who owns the code The vendor Usually you You, from day one
Changing it later Wait for the roadmap Raise a change request The next two-week increment
Who you actually talk to A support queue An account manager The people who built it
If you outgrow it Migrate everything out Renegotiate It was built to grow

Honest version: if an off-the-shelf tool covers what you need, buy it - we will tell you so in the first call rather than three months in.

How we work

A process designed to remove surprises

Five stages, each with a defined output you sign off before the next begins. You always know what is being built, what it costs and when it lands.

01 Discover

Understand it before building it

We map your operations, systems and constraints, then agree which problem is worth solving first. You get a written summary of what we found - including the things you did not ask us to look at.

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Systems and data audit
  • A prioritised problem list
02 Design

Settle it on paper first

Architecture, interface design and a written scope carrying a fixed price and delivery date. Changing a screen in Figma costs an afternoon; changing it after launch costs a release.

  • UX flows and clickable prototypes
  • Technical architecture
  • Fixed scope, fixed price
03 Build

Working software every two weeks

Two-week increments, each ending in something you can actually use. Reviewed with you as it goes rather than revealed at the end, so course corrections cost days instead of months.

  • Two-week increments
  • Automated tests and CI
  • Code you own from day one
04 Launch

Go live without holding your breath

Migration, testing, training and a controlled rollout - with a rollback plan we hope never to use. Real users arrive in stages, not all at once on a Monday morning.

  • Data migration and validation
  • Team training and documentation
  • Phased rollout with monitoring
05 Scale

Then it has to keep working

Monitoring, iteration and support as usage grows - or a clean handover to your own team, with the documentation and training that makes that a real option rather than a promise.

  • Monitoring and alerting
  • Iteration on real usage data
  • Ongoing support or full handover
Questions

The things clients ask before we start

It depends entirely on scope, so we do not publish a price list that would only mislead you. What we do commit to is a fixed number before the build begins: after the discovery stage you receive a written scope with a firm price and delivery date. If we cannot solve your problem inside a budget that makes sense, we will tell you that in the first conversation rather than three months in.

A focused internal tool or marketing site is usually four to eight weeks. A full custom platform or mobile application typically runs three to six months. Automation work is often the fastest return of all - we have removed recurring manual processes in under two weeks. You get a dated delivery schedule as part of the scope, not an estimate that quietly slips.

Yes - completely, from day one. Source code, cloud infrastructure, domains and third-party accounts are registered to you and handed over with documentation. We do not use proprietary frameworks that would make another agency's job harder if you ever move on. Our retention comes from doing good work, not from making it difficult to leave.

Almost always, and usually that is the cheaper path. Replacing a working system is rarely the right first move - integrating with it, automating around it, or extending it tends to deliver more value faster. Part of discovery is establishing what is genuinely worth replacing and what is worth keeping.

Every project includes a support window covering fixes and adjustments once real users are on it. After that you can move to an ongoing support agreement, bring us back for specific pieces of work, or take it entirely in-house - we will train your team either way. The choice stays yours.

Let's talk about what you're trying to build

Tell us the problem in plain language. We will tell you honestly whether software is the right answer, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost.
